This CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY (hereinafter the "Policy") has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (Directive on privacy and electronic communications) and Regulation (EC) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "Regulation").
This Policy establishes the procedure for FuturIT center (hereinafter referred to as the company) to process personal data provided by customers who use the website
http://futuritcenter.tilda.ws and its individual services to receive or provide services (hereinafter referred to as users and the site respectively). The Policy defines the types of personal data collected, the purposes for which such personal data is used, the company's interaction with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, conditions for accessing personal data, as well as contact information for users regarding accessing, amending, blocking or deleting their personal data and addressing any questions that may arise regarding personal data protection practices.

1. TERMINOLOGY AND ABBREVIATIONS

Automated processing of personal data - Processing of personal data by means of computer technology. Notwithstanding this, automated processing of personal data does not contain a system of automatic processing, including profiling, that in relation to the user creates legal consequences, or that in this way significantly affects the user.
Dissemination of personal data - Actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to an indefinite number of persons.
Provision of personal data - Actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons.
Blocking of personal data - Temporary termination of personal data processing (except for cases when processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
Use of personal data - Actions (operations) with personal data performed by the company in order to make decisions or perform other actions that have legal consequences for respect to the subject of personal data or other persons or otherwise affect the rights and freedoms of the subject of personal data or other persons.
De-identification of personal data - Actions, as a result of which it becomes impossible, without the use of additional information, to determine the identity of the personal data to a particular personal data subject.
Destruction of personal data - Actions resulting in impossibility to restore the content of personal data in the information system of personal data and (or) resulting in destruction of tangible media of personal data.
Online-program - Educational program, training on which is carried out exclusively with the use of distance technologies.
Online platform - Software, which is a set of interconnected web services and modules that constitute a single space to provide services to consumers on the Internet.
Free lesson - Audio-visual material (webinar), access to which, as well as to all materials, is provided by the company free of charge for all users who have registered for participation in such webinar. The company conducts free classes for all interested users. Free lesson is not in whole or in part an educational program.
User Agreement - the Agreement, posted on the Internet at
http://futuritcenter.tilda.ws, which is an offer by the company to enter into an agreement with any third party using the site under the terms of the user Agreement.
Website means a set of information, texts, graphic elements, design, images, photo and video materials and other results of intellectual activity, as well as computer programs contained in the information system that ensures the availability of such information on the Internet at the network address

2. USER'S CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY THE COMPANY
2.1 The user accepts the terms of the Policy and gives the company informed and conscious consent to the processing of his personal data on the terms stipulated by the Policy and the Act:

2.1.2 When entering or changing personal data with written notification, the user is considered to have provided consent to the processing of his newly entered or changed personal data at the moment of receipt of such data by the campaign.
2.1.3 When filling out the feedback form - for personal data, which the user provides to the company when filling out the feedback form on the Internet on the site and electronic services (Google, etc.). The user shall be deemed to have consented to the processing of his personal data entered in the fields of the feedback form at the moment of pressing the button confirming the sending of the application (the buttons may be called "Send", "Leave an application" and other similar).
2.1.4 When subscribing to receive information and news materials from the company by filling out the newsletter subscription form located on the Internet, the user shall be deemed to have provided consent to the processing of his personal data by ticking the box "I hereby consent to the processing of personal data" at the moment of clicking the "Subscribe" button (if such a service exists).
2.1.5 Enrollment in the Online Training Program - by filling in the fields of the application for enrollment in the training, located on the Internet The user is considered to have provided consent to the processing of their personal data by ticking the box in the form "Enrollment" at the time of pressing the "Enroll" button or a similar confirmation of the registration / enrollment.
2.1.6 When sending a scanned copy of the completed consent form for the processing of personal data by email - for personal data that the user provides to the company. 2.3 The user has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in the form and manner provided in section 9 of the Policy.
3. TERMS OF PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA BY THE USER
The company proceeds from the fact that when providing personal data on the site the user:
3.1 Confirms that he has all necessary rights enabling him to acquire for himself civil rights and independently exercise them, as well as the ability to create for himself civil duties by his actions, to independently perform them and be responsible in case of their non-performance;

3.5 Is familiar with this Policy, expresses its informed and conscious consent to it.
4. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE COMPANY

4.2 Other information on the user's traffic is not processed and not stored.
4.3 Any other personal information not stipulated above (history of visits, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) shall be securely stored and not disclosed.
4.4 The company shall not collect any information, which is legally required to be processed, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or world outlook beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions or criminal sentences, as well as data about health, sex life, biometric or genetic data
4.5 The company does not collect data on the statistics of visits to the site. The data can contain information about connections, traffic, user's browser, as well as about the date, time, duration of Internet usage and stay on the website.
5. USE OF COOKIES
5.1 The company cares about its users and tries to make the stay on the site as comfortable as possible, and for this purpose the company can analyze the behavior, preferences and interests of the user by means of cookies. Such analysis will help the company improve the experience of interaction with the website and determine the most convenient interface and navigation of the Service.

7. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1 Processing and storage of provided personal data is performed in data centers, where equipment, which ensures functioning of the site services, is located. Provided personal data is processed and can be stored in the database of personal data or in a separate table of the website database. Since the company servers are located in different regions around the world, the information of a particular user may be processed in a country other than the one in which he/she resides. The level of information protection and legislative norms in this sphere can differ in different countries. Regardless of where exactly the user's data is processed, the company uses the same security measures described in this Policy. The company also adheres to a number of data privacy laws, including the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework Agreement and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework Agreement.
7.2 Personal data shall be processed using automated systems, unless non-automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with compliance with legal requirements.
7.3 Processing of personal data includes the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
7.4 Collection of the user's personal data is carried out in the cases specified in paragraph 2.1 of the Policy.
7.5 Retention of personal data shall be carried out (depending on which event occurs first):
- Until the confirmation of the received written request for deletion of personal data by the company;
- Until their destruction by the company - in the case of a withdrawal of consent from the user for the processing of personal data or a request for the destruction of personal data;
- Until the expiration of the consent (paragraph 2.2 of the Policy) or until the objectives of the processing of personal data are achieved.
7.6 Clarification of personal data may be carried out by the company at the request of the user in writing.
7.7 Dissemination of personal data may be carried out by the company solely in the following cases:
7.7.1 When processing personal data for the purpose of displaying the user's profile for other users of the site to maintain communication, including when providing services remotely. In this case the user's personal data may be available to the users registered on the site in accordance with clauses 2.1.4 and 2.1.8.

9.3 Receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases prescribed by law, a response on whether personal data is processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
9.4 To submit a motivated request to the personal data owner objecting to the processing of his/her personal data;
9.5 To apply legal remedies in case of breach of personal data protection legislation, including filing a complaint to a supervisory authority;
9.6 To update, access, modify, block or delete your personal data, revoke the consent for the processing of personal data which you have given to the company under this Policy, or in case you have any comments, suggestions or complaints about your personal data that the company processes, please contact the company by email:

9.7 Send the company his requests and demands, including those regarding the use of his personal data, as well as withdrawal of consent to process personal data.
